Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical, business, and solution architecting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience identifying and classifying application components by business and performance objectives.
• Ability to deliver architectural guidelines that improve business processes.
• Experience partnering with Federal Architecture, Engineering, and other organizations for planning, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience in IT Strategy and Solutions Engineering across emerging technologies and platforms.
• Experience with multi-platform consolidation (AWS, ServiceNow, Palantir).
• Ability to articulate experience and relevance in an oral setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applications to determine their contribution to business value and return on investment.
• Conduct solution architecture walkthroughs as needed or requested.
• Communicate technical decisions and implementation details clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the design, development, and deployment of robust solution architectures.
• Perform ongoing assessments of current architectures to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Prepare and deliver detailed architectural designs, documentation, and reports to senior leadership and stakeholder groups.
