Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cisco Unified Communications Manager Engineer in Washington, D.C. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise voice solutions such as Call Manager and Unity Connection. Candidates must have strong knowledge of CUCM cluster operations and provide Tier 3 support.

The expected compensation range is $120,000 - $170,000 per year, and comprehensive benefits are offered. U.S. citizenship and a SECRET security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Expertise with CUCM solutions in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with CUCM versions 14 or 15 preferred.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for CUCM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support CUCM clusters and voice gateways.
• Lead enterprise voice related projects and migrations.
• Monitor and maintain CUCM cluster health and performance.
