Job summary

A leading technology firm seeks a highly skilled Voice Engineer to drive enterprise Cisco voice architecture across complex environments. The role demands expertise in Cisco technologies, advanced troubleshooting, and designing scalable communication solutions. This position is restricted to U.S. citizens due to government contract requirements and involves secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise voice engineering or unified communications.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, CUC, UCCE/UCCX, and CVP.
• Advanced knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, CUBE, and enterprise dial plan design.
• Strong troubleshooting expertise in voice-quality diagnostics and signaling analysis.
• Experience in large-scale contact center environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and administration of enterprise Cisco voice solutions.
• Architect scalable, redundant, and highly available multi-site voice deployments.
• Design and manage IVR/ACD scripting and call flow.
• Perform Tier 3 voice troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Integrate cloud-based voice solutions using AWS.
