Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Cisco Collaboration Engineer in Tampa, FL, to design, implement, and support our enterprise voice, video, unified communications, and collaboration services. The role demands a CCNP certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience with CUCM, SBCs, Jabber, Webex, and related platforms.

The engineer will provide Tier 2/3 support, perform upgrades, and ensure secure, reliable collaboration for a large organization.

Qualifications

• Cisco CCNP certification is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration.
• 5+ years of Windows Server or Windows-based infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, sustain, and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration services.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for CUCM, endpoints, trunks, and media resources.
• Configure SIP, RTP/SRTP, SCCP, H.323 protocols and troubleshoot Jabber, Webex, and Expressway.
