Job summary

ePlus Inc is seeking a MSC Collaboration Engineer III to deliver Tier 3 support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration products across the United States. You will troubleshoot a wide range of issues including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Jabber, and voice gateways, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to automation efforts.

Responsibilities cover deployment, testing, and collaboration with MSC teams to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Cisco Collaboration product knowledge.
• Experience with SIP/H.323, Unix/Linux, AD/Exchange.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Provide second/third level support for Cisco Collaboration products across the national MSP/cliente base.
• Mentor and assist in testing, implementing, and deploying new technologies for Cisco Collaboration products.
• Collaborate with MSC engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for troubleshooting and deployment.
• Develop and implement tools and automations to improve problem resolution times.
