Job summary

Red River is seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of Cisco-based collaboration solutions for our nationwide customer base. You will serve as the technical lead on deployments, partnering with Project Management and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, best-practice outcomes.

This role offers significant opportunities for technical leadership, hands-on delivery, and mentorship of other engineers, with travel up to 25% to customer sites

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related experience in a field role.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert – Collaboration.
• Understanding of Cisco network routing and switching protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Cisco-based collaboration solutions for Red River customers nationwide.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support best-practice Collaboration solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead during customer installations, coordinating with PM and engineering teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide hands‑on implementation and troubleshooting support across Cisco Collaboration technologies and environments.
• Develop standardized, repeatable processes and best practices for deployment and support.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to maintain and improve Red River’s collaboration, security, and networking infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to existing staff on Collaboration technologies and best practices.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Red River’s Collaboration services, methodologies, and offerings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer solutions and service delivery.
• Stay current with Cisco Collaboration technologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
