Red River is seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer to lead Cisco-based collaboration deployments nationwide. You will design, deploy, and support Cisco collaboration solutions, acting as the technical lead during customer installations and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, process standardization, and collaboration with security and networking teams to deliver high-quality solutions and stay current with Cisco technologies.

Qualifications

• Expert Cisco Unified Communications skills required (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, WxC, WxCC).
• Strong leadership in deployments and mentoring.
• Proven experience with Cisco networking and collaboration tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Cisco-based collaboration solutions for Red River customers nationwide.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support best-practice Collaboration solutions for customer requirements.
• Serve as the technical lead during customer installs, coordinating with PM and engineering teams.
