Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) within Gartner Executive Technology Services seeks a seasoned leader to manage a portfolio of CIO-level relationships and design service solutions across ExP products. You will assess Mission Critical Priorities and craft customized plans while delivering workshops, briefings, and events to senior IT leaders.

Responsibilities include partnering with Gartner’s Sales, driving member engagement and renewals, and guiding large transformative initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience at the CIO level.
• Industry background across consumer, manufacturing, retail, banking, healthcare, high-tech, etc.
• Led or co-led large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Deep understanding of CIOs' priorities and IT industry trends.
• Sales or business development experience with CXO-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30-member relationships.
• Create service solutions using ExP products for clients.
• Assess MCPs and develop customized service plans.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events as needed.
• Partner with Gartner’s Sales to ensure engagement and renewals.
