Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Partner to advise CIOs and senior IT leaders within Executive Programs and SLG. You will leverage strategic experience and Gartner capabilities to define and execute member value across the portfolio.

You will lead briefs, strategy sessions, and workshops, collaborate with Gartner's Sales team, and present at local ExP events while shaping innovative advisory offerings and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Consulting or CxO/CIO level experience with 15+ years in technology.
• Experience leading large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of digital technology leadership priorities and IT industry trends.
• Experience with revenue enablement, market improvement, and P&L management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25+ members consisting of digital/technology within State and Local Government (SLG) organizations.
• Understand members' priorities and challenges; help members find solutions and execute on their strategy.
• Challenge the member with new ideas and innovative approaches and provide an outside perspective.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing priorities and developing a tailored service plan.
• Conduct briefings, strategy sessions and workshops virtually and onsite, plus analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner's Sales organization and collaborate to ensure member engagement and renewal.
• Present or facilitate at local ExP events.
