Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) seeks a senior leader to oversee a portfolio of 28+ member relationships, delivering tailored service plans across ExP products.

The role requires CIO-focused insight, extensive CXO engagement, and the ability to drive end-to-end transformations through onsite and virtual briefings, workshops, and events with Gartner's sales teams. A strong track record in large programs and strategic leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting or CxO roles with technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, digital transformation, cloud, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience leading or co-leading large, end-to-end programs
• Extensive knowledge of CIO focus areas and IT industry priorities
• Proven sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using ExP products
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing MCPs and developing customized service plans
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
• Collaborate with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business
