Job summary

Gartner Executive Partners support CIOs and senior IT leaders by delivering advisory services, coaching, and knowledge sharing across a global community. You will work across digital strategy, AI/ML, and cloud initiatives, guiding members through complex transformations with Gartner’s capabilities.

You will collaborate with sales, shape strategic engagements, and drive member value through innovative service plans, executive presence, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting and/or CxO/CIO roles with progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Big Data, Cloud).
• Led or co-led large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Deep understanding of digital/technology leader priorities and IT industry dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25+ members in State and Local Government (SLG).
• Understand member priorities and help them find solutions leveraging Gartner capabilities.
• Challenge members with new ideas and provide an outside perspective on decisions.
• Develop customized service plans aligned to member priorities.
• Conduct briefings, strategy sessions and workshops virtual and onsite; perform analyst visits and webinars.
• Partner with Gartner’s Sales to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business.
• Present or facilitate at local ExP events.
