Job summary

Okta seeks a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and deep product adoption in enterprise accounts. You will guide complex CIAM deployments, enable developer teams, and collaborate with product management on roadmap feedback.

You will partner with G2K teams to craft PoCs, enablement assets, and scalable architectures using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern mobile SDKs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level understanding of Auth0/CIAM patterns such as low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
• Proven full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
• In-depth CIAM security knowledge and ability to design scalable authentication flows.
• Experience navigating large, complex IT landscapes for enterprise customers (G2K).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Post-Sales Architectural advisory and troubleshooting with G2K customers to maximize platform capabilities.
• Pre-Sales and NPI launch support with PoCs, demos, and enablement assets to drive technical wins.
• Provide architectural guidance on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns for customers.
• Serve as a feedback loop with Product Management to identify gaps and roadmap enhancements.

• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate code generation, SDK debugging, and documentation.
• Manage multiple engagements, prioritize tasks, and respond to high-priority escalations.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0, you will play a critical role in driving customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention across Okta's most strategic Global 2000 (G2K) enterprise accounts. In this highly technical, developer‑centric role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams, helping them deploy complex, low‑friction, high‑volume Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions on the Auth0 platform.

Leveraging your deep Auth0 domain knowledge, you will guide customers through their deployment journeys by supporting key architectural decisions, driving optimal platform usage, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Operating at the intersection of post‑sales support, developer enablement, and product innovation, your core focus will include deploying modern front‑end frameworks alongside validating New Product Introductions (NPIs). In doing so, you will act as the essential feedback bridge between G2K engineering teams and Auth0's Product Management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Post‑Sales Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting: Partner directly with G2K Enterprise Customers to guide complex implementation patterns, navigate key architectural decisions, and resolve complex configuration challenges to maximize platform capabilities.
• Pre‑Sales & NPI Launch Support: Partner with Sales Engineering and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) teams during the rollout of New Product Introductions (NPIs). Develop high‑impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs), early‑adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement assets to help secure technical wins and drive initial pipeline for emerging Auth0 capabilities within G2K accounts.
• Developer Enablement & Prototyping: Assist customer development teams by providing architectural guidance on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation blueprints, and modern full‑stack application patterns (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Mobile).
• Product & NPI Feedback Loop: Act as a technical liaison between G2K Enterprise Customers and Auth0 Product Management to identify feature gaps, test early‑stage NPIs, and drive product roadmap enhancements based on real‑world enterprise needs.
• Field & Customer Mentorship: Create reusable code samples, technical documentation, and enablement guides to train G2K teams (Professional Services, Customer Success, Pre‑Sales, Partners) and customer developers on advanced Auth0 capabilities.
• AI Tooling & Automation: Leverage AI tools and LLM workflows to accelerate code generation, SDK debugging, technical documentation, and complex implementation analysis.
• Multi‑Project Execution: Manage multiple concurrent technical engagements effectively while prioritizing tasks to ensure high customer satisfaction, which includes providing a rapid, hands‑on response to high‑priority customer escalations and fast‑moving GTM activities.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years in a customer‑facing technical field role within a Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization (e.g., Pre‑Sales/Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Senior Support) delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
• Auth0 & CIAM Depth: Expert‑level understanding of the Auth0 platform and modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) patterns, including low‑friction authentication, high‑volume user management, and extensibility via custom Auth0 Actions.
• Full‑Stack Development Skills: Proven experience reading, writing, and debugging full‑stack application code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern Mobile SDKs.
• Identity Protocols & Security: Deep understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, and core protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Identity Security & Threat Defense: In-depth knowledge of the CIAM threat landscape, with a proven ability to design and scale resilient authentication flows that mitigate both traditional identity attacks (credential stuffing, account takeover, automated bot attacks, etc.) and emerging next‑generation threats (AI‑driven social engineering, LLM‑based phishing, and automated fraud attacks, etc.)
• G2K Enterprise Experience: Demonstrated history of navigating complex, large‑scale IT landscapes, web technologies, and cloud architectures for G2K customers.
• Communication & Advisory: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical/developer concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and strategically guide senior engineering leaders.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
