Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Technical Product Analyst to drive CIAM platform modernization and secure product delivery. You will bridge business stakeholders, leadership, and engineering to translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans supporting SDLC and release management.

The role requires experience in IAM, CIAM, and security controls, with strong collaboration across technology teams and risk partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, cybersecurity, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, business systems analysis, product analysis, software engineering, or related tech discipline.

Responsibilities

Gather, clarify, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-team initiatives from intake to implementation across scope, priorities, and timelines.
Support vulnerability management with remediation tracking and status communications.
Coordinate SDLC and release-management activities including planning and CI/CD alignment.
Support change management, incident and disaster recovery processes.
Translate processes and requirements into technical concepts, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain product and operational documentation and runbooks.
Communicate complex tech information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
