Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with several years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language and strong proficiency in another.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, integration, and operation of CIAM solutions across multiple business units.
• Review designs, proposals, and PRs, and oversee changes through release management.
• Mentor engineers on code quality, standards, and best practices.
• Deliver secure, scalable source code with strong use of data structures and design patterns.
• Provide architectural guidance across languages, frameworks, and domains.
• Lead authentication/authorization implementations (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT) and related security models.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and observability.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.
