Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist III to drive operational excellence at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. You will independently manage moderate scope improvement initiatives, analyze process data, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and risk control.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement and is onsite five days a week. You will lead end-to-end process analyses, define KPIs, and develop dashboards to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; required within a defined period if not already obtained.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives using VSM, DMAIC, and related methodologies.
• Analyze operational data and develop data-driven improvements with measurable impact.
• Plan and facilitate structured improvement events (e.g., Kaizen) and document outcomes.
• Develop and maintain standard work, SOPs, and process documentation.
