Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the CI agenda at a Crockett, CA facility. You will drive standardization, coach leaders, and deploy global tools and processes to improve operational performance across the site and beyond.

You will work with cross-functional teams, implement digital analytics, and manage projects to deliver measurable efficiency gains in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) or Lean Leader/Facilitator Certification.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardization and systematization of efficient operating processes across global sites and drive implementation locally.
• Diagnose processes, identify waste and develop proposals for improving performance.
• Spend significant time in the operation observing work, coaching leaders, and ensuring adoption of standard work and Operating Management System practices.
• Support the Global development and implementation of a standard Operating Management System, establishing comprehensive standards and culture.
• Leverage digital technologies, automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve performance.
• Facilitate Continuous Improvement project teams and monitor progress to ensure benefits.
• Build site capability through coaching, mentoring, and training in CI methodology and practices.
• Provide guidance on process mapping, value stream mapping, ROI analysis and project management.
