Job summary

United Performance Metals is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead enterprise-wide efficiency initiatives. You will partner with Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Support to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements that boost quality, service, and productivity.

The role requires 2–5 years in CI or operations, a Lean/Six Sigma mindset, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and dashboard reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across business functions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate workflows and design solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize process documentation and SOPs.
• Own departmental KPI reporting and operational data analysis for leadership.
• Design project metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor progress and impact.
