Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive regional supply chain center performance. The role combines hands-on center support with remote accountability to promote productivity and lean transformation across centers.

You will coach leadership, deploy strategy, and ensure standardized processes while leveraging Power BI, SAP, and SQL to guide decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration across functions and travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership.
• Strong financial acumen around productivity and cost leverage.
• Proficiency in data analysis; Power BI and other systems.
• Able to assess situations and propose clear improvements with PM skills.
• Strong problem-solving and change implementation capability.
• Excellent team-building and influencing skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional supply chain centers with hands-on and remote accountability.
• Use data tools to identify and drive efficiency opportunities.
• Champion data integrity for KPI visualization and decision-making.
• Coach center leadership on new processes for continuous improvement.
• Develop and sustain routines for operational excellence.
• Drive strategy deployment within the five-year plan across centers.
• Facilitate standard work across all departments within centers.
• Represent CI at regional meetings to standardize across sites.
