Job summary

Domino's is seeking a supply chain lean leader to drive regional performance using data analytics and hands-on center support. You will lead change, coach leadership, and deploy standard work across centers to enable five-year transformation goals.

The role requires strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with 5–7 years in manufacturing or operations leadership and a track record of delivering improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen around productivity and cost leverage.
• Proficiency in data analysis; Power BI and other systems experience helpful.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and recommend improvements with project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional supply chain center improvements, balancing hands-on support with remote accountability.
• Use data tools (Power BI, SQL, SAP, Access) to identify and drive efficiency.
• Champion data integrity for KPI visualization and decision-making.
• Coach center leadership and ensure standard work and processes before new initiatives.
