Domino's Pizza is seeking an ambitious Controls & Automation Engineering Manager to lead strategy and standards for critical process controls across our supply chain centers. You will help scale OT capabilities to improve uptime, safety, and asset performance.

Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Engineering to build scalable standards, coach a high-performing team, and deliver automation projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in controls, automation, electrical engineering, or CS.
• 10+ years in controls engineering or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, or cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adopt a network-wide controls and automation strategy.
• Lead standards for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and OT infrastructure.
• Coach and develop team members; build ownership and collaboration.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, IT, and finance to deliver automation projects on time and within budget.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for asset lifecycle planning and manufacturing resiliency.
