Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Process Engineer to lead capacity projects across supply chain centers, partnering with operations, vendors, and project teams to design scalable, compliant processes that improve safety, throughput, and cost. You will apply lean methods, map processes, and drive standard work to enable repeatable improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in process/Project engineering with a Bachelor's in engineering, and familiarity with manufacturing CI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, construction management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in process engineering, project engineering, CI, manufacturing ops, or capital projects.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, process mapping, standard work or similar CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering for capacity projects including layout, process flow, equipment specs, utilities, startup support.
• Analyze current/future processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen and standard work to solve issues and sustain improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, PMO, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering.
• Support capital project planning with scope validation, cost estimates, and technical alignment.
• Maintain process documents, standards, lessons learned, checklists, and training materials.
