Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Process Engineer to advance capacity projects across new centers, relocations, expansions, and optimization initiatives. You will lead process engineering, equipment layout, and startup support, partnering with operations, quality, procurement, finance, PMO, maintenance, safety, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.

The role requires Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strong communication as you define requirements,

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, process mapping, standard work, or other continuous improvement tools in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to analyze process performance, identify bottlenecks, develop practical solutions, and communicate improvement opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of production equipment, manufacturing processes, process flow, quality standards, safety requirements, and project execution best practices.
• Forward thinking with the ability to understand impacts of SCC process decisions across a national and international system.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering efforts for capacity projects, including equipment layout, process flow, and startup support.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost across supply chain centers.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work to deliver repeatable improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, PMO, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering to implement practical solutions.
• Define project requirements, review vendor proposals, and align solutions with business needs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, startup checklists, and training materials for future use.
