Bank of America is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for enterprise CI/CD platforms, including OpenShift, JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Enterprise, and CloudBees Jenkins. The role focuses on platform stability, incident response, and collaboration across Engineering, Infrastructure and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of production operations experience is preferred.
• Experience with OpenShift, CI/CD platforms, and cloud architectures is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end production support for enterprise CI/CD applications and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Lead production incident triage calls and coordinate restoration activities across cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot application errors, platform failures, and integration issues.
• Develop automation using Python or Bash to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
