Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Windows DevOps professional to manage deployment, middleware and environment setup for test environments aligned with production standards. The role includes leading the DevOps team, coordinating WBPRT work, and liaising with CIO Dev teams to ensure timely, quality releases.

You will work with Horizon, Merlin, Ansible and related tools, support after-hours releases, and drive improvements in stability and automation across multiple test and production environments.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and strong DevOps discipline in Windows environments.
• Experience with AGILE/DevOps practices and automation tooling.
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes and software delivery pipelines.
• Hands-on middleware and environment management in complex productions.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Mentor DevOps engineers by breaking down tasks into actionable work units.
• Collaborate on CI/CD strategy and adoption across multiple applications.
• Monitor alerts and respond to incident trends with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate release planning with infrastructure, testing, and development teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure changes align with security policies.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot integration issues.
