Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a CMG Team Lead in the Washington, DC area to direct high‑quality China-focused analysis. You will lead contract personnel, provide senior regional expertise, and ensure production meets DIA standards, with travel up to 25% and TS/SCI clearance required.

You will mentor teams across all-source research, coordinate with government stakeholders, and support crisis operations as needed. This is a full-time, regular position with nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 10+ years in intelligence analysis or related mission areas.
• Experience in senior analytic, management, or technical lead roles within DoD or national-security enterprise.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary analytic teams for all-source production.
• Strong regional dynamics knowledge: military modernization, strategic competition.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and manage tasking requirements.
• Familiarity with analytic tradecraft, sourcing, classification, and production workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including high-visibility products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage contractor personnel across your region.
• Provide senior regional and functional expertise on strategic competitors and geopolitical developments.
• Direct assignment and execution of complex analytic tasks with quality control.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams in all-source research, OSINT, and product dissemination.
• Interface with government program leads to clarify requirements and align production to priorities.
• Support crisis operations, surge requirements, and time-sensitive analytic needs.
• Ensure compliance with analytic standards and classification protocols.
• Oversee onboarding, readiness, and performance management.
