CACI is hiring a China Mission Group (CMG) regional analysis Team Lead to drive high‑quality, China‑focused assessments and analytic leadership across priority CMG tasks. You will serve as the senior manager and technical lead for contract personnel delivering finished intelligence on PRC and related cross‑regional issues, aligned to DIA standards and program objectives.

Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary analytic efforts across teams; oversee quality control and customer interfaces

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis or related work.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary analytic teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of regional dynamics and DIA tradecraft.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and mentor contractor personnel in your region.
• Provide senior regional and functional expertise on strategic trends.
• Direct assignment and execution of complex analytic tasks.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams in all-source research and dissemination.
• Serve as primary contractor interface with government leads.
• Support crisis operations and surge analytic needs.
• Ensure compliance with analytic standards and sourcing guidelines.
• Oversee onboarding, readiness, and performance management.
• Support modernization, database maintenance, and tool integration.
