LSSI in Illinois is seeking a Supervisory Social Services professional to oversee assigned staff, deliver training, and ensure service plan fidelity within our child welfare programs.

You will review performance, manage data submission, coordinate with the Program Director and partner agencies, and help drive program quality and compliance while promoting growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related human services field.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in social services.
• State licensing/certification as required by the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
• CWEL License required.
• Supervisory experience in child welfare preferred.
• Ability to respond to client emergencies on a 24-hour basis, attend court, ACRs, staffing, and other related matters.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
• Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
• Access to reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized training and feedback to assigned staff to enhance their capabilities.
• Responsible for the review and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Ensure productivity requirements established by the Program Director or designee are met.
• Provide direct supervision and support to assigned staff to provide an array of services per service plan and policies of the agency, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
• Compile, complete, and submit all required data, billings, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as required by agency and funding sources.
• Communicates with the Program Director, work group and collateral agencies regarding children’s and/or family status.
• Collaborate with other management staff in programs and network on programmatic, fiscal, organization and community issues.
