Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Chief Engineer experience in a similar environment.
• DC 3rd Class or equivalent; Maryland First Class preferred
• Top Secret SCI Clearance required

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20–25 staff for maintenance and operations of a Class A complex.
• Manage chiller plant operation, Data Center, and BAS systems.
• Supervise preventive maintenance and subcontractors (Fire Alarm, Generators, HV equipment).
• Ensure effective written and verbal communication; utilize Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Projects.
