Job summary

EMCOR Government Services seeks a Chief Facility Engineer (CFE) to lead and manage facilities and grounds operations supporting an intelligence community customer in the National Capital Region (NCR). The CFE will oversee BOS services including OM&R, engineering support, logistics, and project management across Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license in one of the states or territories; EE/ME licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of facilities systems management experience; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOS facilities operations across mechanical, life safety, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Oversee CAD drawing development and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Manage building management systems (CMMS, BAS, EPMS) and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with client and vendors to meet performance standards and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement of BOS delivery processes and staff training.
