Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will supervise mise en place and food preparation, ensuring Four Seasons standards across all outlets while driving consistent service and quality in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary supervisory experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation.
• High school education or culinary training preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional quality by supervising mise en place and food preparation, maintaining Four Seasons standards across all outlets.
• Provide thorough shift handovers, with mise en place complete and operations set up for success.
• Communicate clearly so all team members understand expectations and consistently meet standards.
• Build high-performing teams through clear task assignment and ongoing training and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Drive excellence by contributing creative ideas for menus, presentations, and garnishes.
• Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail, with proper stock rotation and immaculate kitchen and refrigeration areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
