Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe in New Mexico is seeking a Regular Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will supervise mise en place, ensure luxury service across outlets, and lead a high-performing kitchen focused on exceptional guest experiences.

You will train staff, contribute to menu development, and uphold Four Seasons standards with integrity and teamwork in a busy, upscale setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional quality by supervising mise en place and food preparation, maintaining Four Seasons standards across outlets.
Provide thorough shift handovers, with mise en place complete and operations set up for success.
Communicate clearly so all team members understand expectations and meet standards.
Build high-performing teams through clear task assignment and ongoing training.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Drive excellence by contributing creative ideas for menus, presentations, and garnishes.
Demonstrate organization and attention to detail with stock rotation and clean kitchen areas.
Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership.
