You will partner with revenue cycle stakeholders and clinical/technical teams to translate requirements into effective Epic solutions, lead projects, and drive ongoing optimization.

You will bring 5+ years of Epic experience, relevant certification(s), and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic application experience.
• Epic certification(s) required.
• Associate degree with 7 years Epic experience acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and related information systems tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead midsize to large Epic projects across departments.
• Configure, upgrade, and optimize Epic applications.
• Gather business needs and translate into Epic requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for integration.
• Develop test plans and provide post-implementation support.
• Provide training and user guidance on Epic workflows.
• Maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timelines.
