Job summary

Trend Micro, a leader in AI security, is seeking a Senior Channel Solutions Engineer to onboard and scale MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs, and DFIR partners. You will bridge partner needs with Trend Vision One capabilities, enabling scalable adoption and measurable security outcomes in multi-tenant environments.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and channel teams to drive revenue growth, asset creation, and service delivery improvements while traveling within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, solutions engineering, SOC operations, or managed security environments.
• Experience with MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs, or security consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor for MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs, and DFIR partners to enable and scale Trend Vision One in multi-tenant deployments.
• Lead partner onboarding, architecture validation, SOC workflow alignment, and service-readiness assessments.
• Assist partners in integrating Trend Vision One with SIEM, SOAR, APIs, and ticketing systems for seamless operations.
• Support detection engineering, threat hunting alignment, and IR exercises with SOC teams and red teams.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Marketing/Channel to feed partner feedback into roadmaps and enablement assets.
