Job summary

Trend Micro is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, passionate about cybersecurity and AI-powered platforms, to engage directly with customers and guide them through security challenges. You will partner across Solutions Engineering, Product, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to expand the platform's reach and value.

You will influence outcomes across the customer lifecycle, delivering demos, strategic consultations, and enabling partners to drive adoption and revenue in a fast-evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or related fields.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Proven experience engaging with technical decision-makers and executives.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Broad technical knowledge across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, AI, and IT modernization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects.
• Understand customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and exec audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with partners to accelerate revenue and market reach.
• Represent the company at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements.
• Create enablement content, demos, diagrams, and training assets for teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success.
• Lead and support POCs demonstrating measurable value and alignment with outcomes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, including beta features.
• Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements and field initiatives.
