Job summary

Celigo is seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to hunt and grow channel partnerships, expanding Celigo's market reach. You will identify high-potential partners, start relationships, and drive joint initiatives with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Leverage AI to research partners and draft communications, and monitor KPIs to optimize performance. You will work in a remote-friendly environment with emphasis on data-driven decision making and strategic, scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or BD with measurable pipeline growth.
Bachelor’s in business or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM and partnership tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the partner pipeline from identification to activation and growth.
Build partner practices with cross-functional teams through joint initiatives.
Use AI to research partners and draft partner communications efficiently.
Track KPIs and diagnose issues to improve partner performance.
Stay ahead of iPaaS ecosystem trends and evolving partner programs.
Navigate conflicts across partners and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum.
