Job summary

The role requires a strong financial acumen, 9+ years in Sales/Marketing/Consulting, and travel up to 25% in North America. MBA and IoT experience are preferred. Hybrid office in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 9+ years in Sales, Marketing, and/or Consulting.
• 3+ years supporting, developing, or implementing channel programs.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time in North America.
• Experience in Consumer/Durable Goods and IoT products.
• Project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner investment strategy to maximize profitable growth aligned with channel objectives.
• Design innovative channel programs that accelerate partner & consumer value.
• Define pricing governance including channel guidelines and special pricing review.
• Evaluate margin impacts of pricing decisions and recommend trade-offs.
• Establish portfolio program budgets to allocate resources effectively.
• Create effective communication of program value internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, and Sales to adjust pricing strategies.
