• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel (expert level working knowledge preferred), Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet monthly sales targets and strategic priorities.
• Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Manage partner performance, diagnose underperforming accounts, and develop recovery plans.
• Build financial models to quantify program impact and track outcomes post-launch.
• Drive execution and remove blockers to achieve high-impact results.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, marketing, and operations to streamline processes.
