Allegion is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its Channel Finance team in Carmel, Indiana. The role focuses on tracking revenue performance, supporting strategic channel initiatives, and delivering timely GAAP-compliant financial information.

You will work with Sales Leadership, Americas Leadership, and Finance Leaders to enable data-driven decisions, while ensuring SOX and GAAP adherence and driving process improvements across data sources and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support channel finance efforts in tracking revenue performance of sales teams and strategic initiatives.
• Provide variance explanations and actionable insights for month-end channel finance reports.
• Serve as point-of-contact for standardized reports and ongoing customer programs.
• Analyze and provide management with insights into drivers of pricing and discount performance.
• Support annual operating plan, forecasting, and target setting for business units and regional sales offices.
• Support Month End Close rhythms – management reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and validation of sales data.
• Develop and maintain understanding of systems and data sources to recommend process improvements.
• Work cross functionally to provide detailed analytics as requested.
• Partner with sales to provide meaningful information for customer needs and revenue growth.
• Maintain strong internal controls in accordance with SOX, GAAP, and FICAPs.
• Support audit requests and drive prevention, detection of control deficiencies.
• Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Leverage technology to enhance reporting functionality.
• Create an excellent customer experience for our business partners.
• Document and improve processes continuously.
