Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary financial advisor to plant and functional leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive Lean Manufacturing and improve profitability and efficiency.
• Supervise and develop the finance staff, ensuring high performance and cross-training.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure GAAP and FICAP compliance.
• Support SOX compliance activities and commentary with the SOX Coordinator.
• Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, and management reporting with executive summaries.
• Guide investment strategy and ROI analysis for projects with Capital Projects Manager.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting (AOP) with operational leads.
