Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex cross-functional programs for line-of-business products, processes, and functions. You will partner with business, technology, and leadership teams to plan, execute, and ensure operational readiness and a smooth transition to BAU.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end project status, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting health and milestones, and driving change initiatives while maintaining control

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large technology transformation/change.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile).
• Proven experience managing a medium/large project with diverse stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong data management and analytics capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and oversees execution of tasks with deliverables and KPIs.
• Leads adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assesses adoption risks.
• Develops, maintains, and reports on an integrated delivery plan; raises risks and escalates issues appropriately.
• Coordinates with partners to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
