Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Experienced Senior Associate in Management Consulting to support multiple service lines across diverse client engagements. You will help design and implement change management, culture and communications plans, and back-office transformations, with emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule.

You will collaborate with teams, conduct analyses, and prepare client-ready materials, including graphics and reports, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, project management, or business analysis.
• Experience in change management programs or M&A integration preferred.
• Prosci, CCMP or other change management certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with change management approaches across multiple service lines.
• Support engagement teams, ensuring high quality deliverables per schedule.
• Conduct interviews, analyze client data, and develop implementation plans.
• Prepare materials for clients and project team with strong presentation quality.
• Coordinate documentation, notes, and data; track project metrics and deadlines.
• Travel domestically 25–50% as needed.
