Responsibilities

• Lead change orders from identification to execution.
• Prepare and review cost estimates for change orders.
• Analyze drawings, specs, RFIs, and revisions for scope impact.
• Coordinate with PMs, estimators, and field teams on cost implications.
• Assist in dispute resolution and claims mitigation related to scope changes.
