Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Operations, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in IT Service Management with at least 2 years in Change Management in a complex production environment.
• Experience facilitating CAB or equivalent governance forums; documenting decisions and driving follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the Change Management process for an assigned service area.
• Review change records for completeness and coach requesters on quality gaps.
• Facilitate CAB / TCAB discussions; document decisions and drive follow-through to closure.
• Weigh business risk, customer impact, and operational readiness for each change.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between overlapping changes; coordinate cross-team alignment.
• Apply risk-based prioritization; surface trade-offs clearly.
• Use data insights to refine MoP templates, validation criteria, and risk scoring.
• Identify recurring failure patterns; partner with Problem Management for action.
• Maintain process metrics such as change success, rework, and CAB cycle time.
• Train requesters and approvers on process steps and risk practices.
