Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Manager to own organizational change management (OCM) delivery and adoption for CTREC's critical programs, driving communications, enablement content, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.

This is a hands-on leadership role with no separate design or communications team, requiring proactive, end-to-end execution across channels. You will operate within the Change COE, tailoring engagement models to program risk and size, and partnering with

Qualifications

7+ years of change management experience in large enterprise settings.
Own change strategy end-to-end; be the strategist, writer, designer, and facilitator.
Proven ability to build adoption solutions for distributed audiences including automation trust.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end OCM delivery and adoption strategy for CTREC programs.
Develop and deliver multi-channel change communications and enablement content.
Drive stakeholder engagement from frontline employees to senior leadership.
Partner with Development, Product, and TPM to align change activities within programs.
Measure adoption and iterate based on employee feedback.
