Job summary

You will coordinate risk-based prioritization, review records, and lead CAB/TCAB discussions to ensure changes deliver with minimal customer impact. Responsibilities include partnering with technical teams, requesters, and operations, applying data-driven risk scoring, and refining templates and criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT Service Management with 2+ years in Change Management in complex production environments.
• Experience facilitating governance forums (CAB) and documenting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the Change Management process for an assigned service area.
• Review change records for completeness and coach requesters on gaps.
• Facilitate CAB / TCAB discussions and drive follow-through to closure.
• Weigh business risk, customer impact, and readiness for each change.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between overlapping changes; coordinate cross-team alignment.
• Apply risk-based prioritization to approve, defer, or reject changes; surface trade-offs.
• Use data insights to refine MoP templates and risk scoring inputs.
• Maintain process metrics (change success, rework, CAB cycle time).
