You will partner with project managers, analysts, and leadership to plan and execute change strategies that ensure adoption and value realization.

You will focus on the people side of change, shaping communication, training, and stakeholder engagement while aligning with CU's mission

Qualifications

• Apply organizational change management best practices, strategies, and deliverables.
• Focus on the people side of change, with emphasis on planning and implementing change strategies related to people, process, and technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers, business analysts, UIS leadership, governance groups, and other stakeholders to assess the environment, understand change impacts, and develop practical plans for successful adoption.
• Build formal change management plans.
