Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training, to lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and training for ERP and SC&O platform implementations across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms).
• languages: English required; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns.
• Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure PMO alignment and awareness of resources, deliverables and risk areas.
• Design stakeholder engagement frameworks for key discussions and decisions.
• Partner with process leads to identify changes and implement Change Impact Mitigations in governance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan for migration to the new platform.
• Ensure proactive communications to key groups and measure organizational readiness.
• Partner with leaders to design and deliver curriculum and trainings, tracking training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global Supply Chain experts to improve processes and integration points.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of team goals.
• Coordinate project plans/schedules/results around business simulations and readiness.
