Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Director, ERP Supply Chain, Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M), to lead the global SAP S/4HANA rollout for manufacturing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years of experience planning, architecting, and implementing global SAP S/4 planning and manufacturing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes across planning, procurement, production, quality, logistics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of global ERP applications for Plan-to-Manufacture using SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as global technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA template supporting manufacturing capabilities.
• Drive programs to consolidate ERP systems into a unified global P2M template.
• Ensure ERP solutions enable reliable production scheduling, inventory accuracy, and cost transparency.
• Mentor technology teams and partner with SI vendors to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Drive data-driven insights, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across manufacturing operations.
