Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Director, ERP Supply Chain & SAP Technology Platforms (Orthopedics) to lead strategy, architecture, and operations for SAP across ECC and S/4 landscapes.

You will drive Day 1 separation, TSA exit planning, and consolidation into S/4 while partnering with Finance, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality. You will establish governance, manage budgets, and lead a global SAP team, including offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 12–14 years of progressive experience in enterprise SAP platforms and ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of SAP platform capabilities across multiple SAP ECC and S/4 instances.
• Manage governance, budgets, vendor relationships, and platform standards for SAP technology.
• Drive SAP COE services, security, data migration, and regulatory compliance across global operations.
