Job summary

BALDWIN RICHARDSON FOODS CO is seeking a Sr Change Manager to translate change strategy into sustained adoption across functions. Based at our Macedon, NY corporate headquarters with a hybrid work arrangement, you will guide leaders, develop change plans, and enable readiness to reinforce new ways of working.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise change initiatives, conducting impact analyses, shaping communications and training, and ensuring alignment with project delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communications, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of change management, communications, instructional design, or related professional experience.
• Experience helping leaders and teams navigate complex changes with limited direction across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles and frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and tailoring them to initiative scope and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for enterprise and digital transformation initiatives, aligning change approach to project outcomes, timeline, and business readiness.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses to identify impacted audiences, readiness gaps, adoption risks, and necessary interventions.
• Develop and maintain integrated change management plans (communications, training, coaching, resistance management, reinforcement) with PM, Product/Digital, HR, and business leaders.
• Ensure change activities are integrated with project delivery and governance cadences, escalating risks/dependencies and contributing to enterprise change standards.
